Approx. 11.5" x 9".  Original mailer envelope has large Red Rose Illustration. Envelope has age darkening, tattered edges and a large tear on the back side. SEE ALL PHOTOS. Please read "Condition" below.
CONDITION:Original mailer envelope has age darkening, atters and large rip.  Booklet has musty "books stored in Grandpa's basement" smell. Some age spots on the booklet, corners turning up on bottom right corner, some corners dog-eared, and the colors are uneven on the inside pages, as though some are holding fine and are bright and colorful, and others are starting to fade -although maybe they looked like that to begin with?  Staples are rusty. No other damage found.
