This is an extremely rare CFL Sacramento Gold Miners Starter snapback hat/cap.  New with tags.  The Sacramento Gold Miners script  is embroidered on the front with the Starter logo on the back.  I'm the original owner and have always kept this hat stored securely.  The pics give you a good idea as to the overall condition.  If you do need additional pics or have questions, let me know.
