Vintage German Solingen Puma Sportmesser 8" Hunting Knife Model No. 7105

Description

For auction is this Vintage German Solingen Puma Sportmesser 8" Hunting Knife Model No. 7105 with Sheath.  The blade is 4 3/16" long and is marked on one side
PUMA SPORTMESSER
in the middle of the blade and
PUMA SOLINGEN
at the base.  The other side of the blade is stamped
N
o
7105
at the base.  The handle is Stag Horn with colored decorative bands above and below, and it is tight.  The Hand Guard is Brass and the Pommel is Aluminum.  The handle has a wonderful used aged patina.  The blade has many light scratches from amateur sharpening.  The sheath is Brown Leather with stitching and rivets and is intact but there is a 3/8" tear on one side of the blade pocket.  The handle belt snap works well.   Weight 4.2 oz.
