    Description

    This is a booklet by the USPS of the Creatures of the Sea stamps jointly issued with the USSR in 1990.
    The stamps are the Killer Whale, Northern Sea Lion, Common Dolphin and Sea Otter. There is a set of stamps from each country postmarked the first day of issue. Each sea creature is described in English and Russian. The booklet is in excellent condition and the outer protective envelope is in very good condition.
