USPS - 1995 Treasury of Stamp Cards - Free Shipping

Excellent condition – has been stored flat. No tears or creases. These cards are unique and I have never seen these for sale. Please see photos.
Produced by US Postal Service in 1995. This is a three-page folder, with 27 cards that depict the commemorative stamps issued that year. The perforations between the cards are all intact. Each card is 2½ by 3½ inches. The back of each card contains detailed information about the images and production of stamps.
I think the Postal Service was trying to get children interested in collecting stamps and put these out as a possible "trading cards" to get children interested in collecting the cards and start collecting stamps. There is a spot on each card so you can affix the stamp associated with the particular card. Stamps are not included.
Would be a nice addition to someone who collects Postal items or trading cards.
