FR-228 1899 Silver Certificate BLACK EAGLE NOTE

An 1899 silver certificate is offered here!  It is an FR-228 Black Eagle Note, serial #N10567506 and is in great condition.  The bill has been sent out and returned from grading since the pictures were taken.  Please ask any questions regarding this or anything else prior to bidding and I'll respond promptly.  Reasonable offers will be considered and ridiculous ones will receive none!  I sell to U.S. customers only please and prefer PayPal be used for the payment transaction.  I will ship via the USPS within 2 days of payment confirmation insured with delivery signature confirmation required.  I will leave feedback even though some buyers do not participate in that part of the transaction.  If no feedback is received within 3 days of delivery confirmation, I will complete the payment transfer at that time.  I allow eBay's Buyer Protection Plan to cover an unforeseen issue and have no return policy of my own.  Since the piece is now graded and sealed there should be no issues?  Thanks for looking and good luck!
