    Description

    This is a vintage sterling silver, hand-hammered, round napkin ring with a raised design of three staggered rectangles that is repeated three times.  There is a monogram: the name "Anneke" is engraved diagonally in script.  On the outside, there is a tiny sword hallmark, indicating it is Dutch silver made before 1953.  Inside is the maker's mark of "GH3" in a cartouche, which is the mark for Gebr. T. & J. Huisman of Schoonhoven, The Netherlands (in business from 1934 to 1961).  The slightly rounded napkin ring is 2 inches wide, 1 1/4 inches high, and weighs 14.5 grams.  It is in excellent condition.  Please note: the napkin ring is shiny silver; any darkness on the photos is a reflection of the camera.
