    The only mark I can find is “England”- see photos. SEE PHOTOS FOR MEASUREMENTS.
    This is from the collection of a military officer who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. His father served in WWI. LAST PHOTO SHOWS THE  CIVIL WAR ITEMS FROM THIS COLLECTION THAT I AM LISTING AT MY EBAY STORE, IH COLLECTIBLES.
