    Description

    This auction is for a high quality rare 1950's vintage Utica hunting and fighting knife with the original leather sheath, marked on the knife: SPORTSMAN - OUTDOOR - TEMPERED CARBON STEEL - NO. S 266 - This classic old knife sold mostly from magazine advertisements in the 1950's. This knife has a jigged bone handle grip with tight blade guard, and a very sharp clip point full tang tempered carbon steel blade with a polished mirror finish. This knife has some little spots of age and tarnish marks but actually looks barely used and still in near excellent condition. The sheath has just minor storage wear, also in near excellent condition. Please zoom in on all pictures for details. The knife measures 8 3/4" with a 4 7/8" blade and in the sheath the weight is 5.5 oz.
