    1886 Silver Certificate Fr 314 PMG Very Fine-30
    Portrait of Daniel Manning, Secretary of the Treasury, 1885-1887. The allegorical figures represent Agriculture and Industry. A lightly circulated example that is well centered and provides a pleasing problem-free look for the grade. The large brown seal and the intricate green 'Diamond Back' design on the reverse stand out. A very desirable grade for the Friedberg number. Only 9 notes have graded finer at PMG with the highest being a single AU-55.
